§ 1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for consulting services, training plans and online coaching between Maksims Zulevs (hereinafter "Provider") and the Customer.
§ 2 Subject matter of the contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of sports science consulting and training services. It is a service, a specific success is not owed.
§ 3 Health requirements
The customer assures that they are healthy enough for sports. In the event of physical limitations or pre-existing conditions, a doctor must be consulted before starting the support.
§ 4 Payment terms & cancellation
The remuneration is based on the selected package. Membership packages can be cancelled monthly.
